Packages take about 7-10 days to be cleared and ready for pickup/ delivery.
Once a package has been delivered to the warehouse, it takes up to 24-48 hrs for that update to be made on the system. However, if 48 hours pass and you haven't received any updates, contact us as soon as possible. Also, be sure to recheck your address carefully.
Yes, the invoices are required to declare to Jamaican customs the contents and value of each package entering the country. If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays at customs, and there is the possibility that the customs officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package.
Yes, but please be aware that when shipping items like electronics and other fragile items, you do so at your own risk ⛔️. Kindly note that one of our warehouse policies is that we do not inspect televisions, so we cannot verify if they were damaged during transit by the carrier.
